LG KP500的Flash动态操作界面的设计想当的动感，把玩起来也相当的酷，最有趣的是连待机界面都能够进行3D的翻转，能够在待机界面和快速拨号之间快速的切换。在快速拨号中你可以设置最多8位联系人，点击一位的图标便会出现拨号、短信、删除和编辑名片四个选项。值得一提的是你可以把任意变换每个图标的位置，或者把它们拉回右下方的伸缩菜单中并提供锁定的选项。
在该机主待机界面的右下角也有一个可伸缩菜单，里面存放着国际城市时刻、日历、行程安排等丰富的快捷小工具管理，也可以随意的变化位置和锁定它们。
菜单格式为韩式手机中比较另类的分类菜单模式，在菜单界面的右侧分为通信、娱乐、实用工具和设置四个大菜单，点开任意一个便会出现相应的子菜单，此类设计值得其它手机的借鉴。

菜单与音频播放
在触屏设计中，有一个按键类型的选项，你可以在里面挑选按键后的反应，比如按键声音、振动等，虽然让按键更加有趣和动感，但是电量的耗费也是不容忽视的，在续航能力和良好的手感之间相信大家都会忍痛割爱的选择“关闭”这个选项。
在显示设置的字体中，你可以选择字体的大小，不过仅限于子菜单里面的文字选项，对短信里的字体和其它选项都没有任何影响。虽然调整字体的大小不算是新鲜功能，但这对眼里不好的人来说也是选手机的一个重要需求，毕竟该功能在大多数手机中还是没有被普及的。
另外像自定义情景模式、滑动浏览照片和编辑幻灯片等小功能也比较新鲜有趣，为LG KP500增添了不少活力的元素。另外该机内置了惊人的35种语言种类，不过除了我们常用的中文和英文外，其它的语言对我们来说只是摆设罢了，但从中可以知道KP500将会在许多国家上市。
