LG KP500的背面十分简单，左上角设置了一颗不是很显眼的300万像素摄像头，虽然没有自拍镜和补光灯的加入，但却让整个摄像头区看上去很简洁。没有保护盖的摄像头凹陷于内部，这样一来也不用担心会造成严重的磨损。

    后盖的底部则是像印章LG的LOGO，视觉效果很好，也起到了很好的品牌的宣传效果，不过只有一个LOGO的后盖看上去还是有些单调。胶质的摩擦力比较大，所以很容易便能推下后盖。

    卸下后盖便是一块900mAh的锂电，可能大家都认为900mAh的电池续航能力一定不会很强，尤其是放在大屏幕的手机中，但经过测试的结果却不然。经过一天20分钟电话、20条短信、20分钟游戏的情况下，能够维持大约2天的时间，这样看来LG KP500的续航能力还是没有想象中的那么差。

    电池的左上方则是SIM卡插槽的位置，固定的方式则是插入机身，虽然没有专门的固定装置，但是这样一来反而方便了SIM卡插取。由于该机是工程机，所以基本的标配不清楚，不过数据线、耳机和充电器等基本附件应该不会缺少。
